All Sales Are Final

Please note that all purchases made through our store are final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect selection

  • Size or fit issues

  • Shipping delays or carrier-related issues

We take pride in the quality of our products and encourage customers to review all product details carefully before completing a purchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
Any item with entry tickets for giveaway ARE NOT ELIGBLE FOR ANY TYPE OF REFUND AND ALL SALES ARE FINAL whether said customer wins and/or loses the active giveaway.

By purchasing any item from Full Force Racing LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. No Refund Policy
    All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted under any circumstances. Each purchase is considered a completed transaction at the time of sale.

  2. Giveaway Entry
    For every one dollar ($1.00) spent, you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Full Force Racing Giveaway. Your purchase constitutes full acknowledgment and acceptance of this entry condition.

  3. Giveaway Disclaimer
    Full Force Racing LLC and its affiliates make no guarantees or warranties, express or implied, regarding the condition, functionality, or value of any giveaway prize. All prizes are accepted strictly “as is.” The company bears no liability for loss, damage, or injury arising from the possession or use of the giveaway prize.

  4. Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability
    By participating in the giveaway and/or purchasing any item, you voluntarily release and hold harmless Full Force Racing LLC, its members, employees, representatives, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, losses, or liabilities, including but not limited to those arising from negligence or the use of any giveaway prize.

  5. Dispute Resolution — Mediation Requirement
    You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to your purchase, participation in the giveaway, or interpretation of this agreement shall be resolved exclusively through binding mediation in the State of Texas, in accordance with the rules of the Texas Alternative Dispute Resolution Procedures Act (Texas Civil Practice & Remedies Code Chapter 154).
    By completing your purchase, you waive your right to bring any claim or lawsuit in court against Full Force Racing LLC and agree that mediation shall be your sole method of dispute resolution.
