How do I enter?

You can enter by purchasing eligible products during an active promotion. The number of entries associated with each product is displayed on the product page.


Is a purchase required to enter?

No. Full Force Racing offers a free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE). Please refer to our AMOE page for complete instructions and requirements.

 

Are your giveaways real?

Yes. Full Force Racing has awarded prizes to real winners and is committed to transparency throughout the winner selection process.

Winners are selected through our sweepstakes software and announced live in real time on the date and time specified for each promotion.

We regularly share winner photos, videos, and prize claim content on our website and social media platforms so participants can see actual winners receiving their prizes.

We encourage all participants to review our Official Rules, AMOE page, Prize Claim & Delivery Policy, and previous winner content for additional information regarding our promotions and winner verification process

 

What do I have to purchase to enter?

Any qualifying product available on the Full Force Racing website will automatically receive promotional entries at the time of purchase.

The number of promotional entries associated with each item is clearly displayed on the product page. Entry amounts may vary by product and promotion.

Once a qualifying purchase is completed, the promotional entries associated with that item are automatically added to the applicable giveaway. No additional action is required.

Please review each product page carefully, as the number of promotional entries awarded is listed directly on the item before purchase.

 

How do I know how many entries I received?

The number of promotional entries associated with each product is displayed on the product page prior to purchase.

Once your order is completed, your promotional entries are automatically recorded for the applicable giveaway. If you have questions regarding your order, please contact us at fullforceracing713@gmail.com.

 

Do digital downloads receive entries?

Yes. Qualifying digital downloads available on our website receive promotional entries just like physical products. The number of promotional entries awarded will be displayed on the product page at the time of purchase.

 

Can I enter more than once?

Yes. There is no limit to the number of qualifying purchases a participant may make during an active promotion unless otherwise stated.

 

What do I need to do after placing my order?

Nothing. Once your qualifying purchase has been successfully completed, your promotional entries are automatically recorded in our system.

There are no additional forms to fill out, codes to enter, emails to send, or extra steps required to receive your promotional entries.

Simply complete your purchase and your promotional entries will automatically be applied to the applicable giveaway associated with your order.

 

Will I receive a physical ticket or entry number?

No. Promotional entries are automatically recorded through our system when a qualifying purchase is completed. Physical tickets are not issued.

 

What if I live in another state?

Participants from across the contiguous United States are welcome to enter. If you are selected as a vehicle winner, Full Force Racing will coordinate prize fulfillment in accordance with our Prize Claim & Delivery Policy.

 

Does buying more products increase my chances of winning?

Each promotional entry receives an opportunity to be selected. The more promotional entries you have, the greater your chances of being selected. However, every giveaway winner is selected through our sweepstakes software.

 

Do I receive my entries immediately after placing an order?

Yes. Promotional entries are automatically recorded when a qualifying order is successfully completed.

 

How are winners selected?

Winners are selected through our (Shopify Clean Sweeps) software and announced live on the date and time specified for each promotion.


Do I have to be present during the live winner announcement?

No. Winners are contacted using the information provided during entry. However, we encourage participants to watch the live announcement.


How will I know if I win?

Winners are contacted using the phone number and/or email address provided during entry. Please ensure your contact information is accurate and up to date.

 

What if I don’t answer the phone when you call?

If a selected winner does not answer the initial phone call, Full Force Racing will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner using the contact information provided during entry.

Vehicle and major prize winners are given up to three (3) days to respond and complete the winner verification process. If a selected winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within the allotted time period, or is unable to complete the verification process, Full Force Racing reserves the right to disqualify the selected winner and generate an alternate winner in accordance with the promotion rules.

 

If I enter one giveaway, am I automatically entered into future giveaways?

No. Entries only apply to the specific giveaway that is active at the time of your qualifying purchase. Entries do not carry over to future giveaways, promotions, or prize drawings unless specifically stated otherwise.

Each giveaway is separate and has its own entry period, rules, prize details, and winner selection process.


Can I use my entries for a different giveaway?

No. Entries are only valid for the specific giveaway associated with your qualifying purchase and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or applied to another giveaway.

 

Do I have to personally claim my prize?

Yes. Vehicle winners are required to personally claim their prize and present valid government-issued identification.


Do you pay for travel expenses?

When applicable, Full Force Racing covers reasonable travel expenses necessary for prize pickup, including airfare, hotel accommodations, or fuel expenses.


Do you transport vehicles?

Yes. Vehicle transportation is included within the contiguous United States. Transportation is not included to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or other U.S. territories or islands unless otherwise stated.


Can I choose cash instead of the vehicle?

If a cash alternative is offered for a promotion, the winner may choose between the advertised vehicle and the advertised cash alternative. Cash alternatives are only available when specifically stated for that promotion.


Are all sales final?

Yes. Due to the nature of our business and the automatic issuance of giveaway entries at the time of purchase, all sales are final. Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details.

 

Can Full Force Racing see who the winner is before the drawing?

No. Winners are selected through our sweepstakes software during the drawing process. The winner is not known in advance.


How long does it take for orders to ship?

Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 3 to 5 business days after purchase. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.


Do processing times ever change?

Yes. During active giveaways, special promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be longer than normal. Our team works hard to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible and appreciates your patience.
