Official Rules

By participating in any promotion offered by Full Force Racing, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and all applicable promotion terms.

 

Eligibility

Promotions offered by Full Force Racing are open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, unless otherwise expressly stated in the rules applicable to a specific promotion. Residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, other U.S. territories, and jurisdictions outside the United States are not eligible unless expressly stated otherwise.

Entrants must satisfy all eligibility requirements stated in the applicable promotion rules. Full Force Racing reserves the right to verify an entrant’s identity, age, residency, and eligibility before awarding any prize.

 

Participants under the age of 18 may participate only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. If selected as a potential winner, the participant’s parent or legal guardian must complete and sign all required prize claim documents, releases, title transfer documents, and any other paperwork required before the prize may be awarded.

Full Force Racing reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of any entrant prior to awarding a prize.

 

Alternative Method of Entry

 

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Full Force Racing provides a free Alternative Method of Entry (“AMOE”). Complete AMOE instructions, entry limits, submission requirements, deadlines, and the number of entries awarded are provided on the AMOE page and/or the rules applicable to the specific promotion. All eligible entries, regardless of method of entry, are included in the same random drawing.

AMOE Entry Amount
Each eligible AMOE submission will receive one hundred (100) entries into the applicable giveaway. Limit one (1) eligible AMOE submission per person, per giveaway. All eligible AMOE entries will be included in the same random drawing as all other eligible entries.

Winner Selection

Potential winners are selected at random from all eligible entries received during the applicable promotion period using Full Force Racing’s sweepstakes software. All eligible entries, including purchase-related promotional entries and eligible AMOE entries, are included in the same random drawing. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received

 

 

Winner Notification

Potential winners will be contacted using the telephone number and/or email address associated with their entry. Entrants are responsible for providing accurate and current contact information. Potential winners of a vehicle or other major prize must respond within three (3) days after the first attempted notification. Failure to respond within the required time or complete required verification and prize-claim documentation may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner, subject to applicable law.

Identity Verification

A potential winner is not considered an official winner until their identity and eligibility have been verified and all required prize-claim documentation has been completed and accepted by Full Force Racing.

Prize Acceptance

By accepting a prize, winners agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, title requirements, registration requirements, and insurance requirements associated with ownership and use of the prize.

Cash Alternative

If a cash alternative is expressly advertised as part of a specific promotion, the verified winner may select either the applicable prize or the advertised cash alternative, subject to the Official Rules for that promotion. If no cash alternative is advertised, Full Force Racing is not required to provide one. Any cash alternative offered will be issued using a payment method determined by Full Force Racing.

 

Taxes and Fees

Winners may be required to provide a valid Social Security number or other taxpayer identification information and complete applicable tax documentation, including IRS Form W-9. Full Force Racing may issue any tax reporting forms required by applicable law.

 

Publicity Release

By accepting a prize, winners grant Full Force Racing permission to use their name, city, photographs, videos, and prize claim footage for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes where permitted by law without additional compensation.

Disqualification

Full Force Racing reserves the right to disqualify any participant who provides false information, attempts to manipulate the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or engages in conduct deemed fraudulent or harmful to the integrity of the promotion.

Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Full Force Racing, its owners, employees, affiliates, partners, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from participation in a promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

Modification or Termination

Full Force Racing reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to modify, suspend, postpone, or terminate a promotion if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond Full Force Racing’s reasonable control impair the integrity, security, administration, or proper operation of the promotion.

 

Final Decisions

All decisions made by Full Force Racing regarding eligibility, winner verification, prize fulfillment, interpretation of these Official Rules, and all promotion-related matters are final and binding.
